Who Is He?

Before he ever stepped on stage, Matthew was already producing—writing, directing, and starring in living-room blockbusters with his Beanie Babies.

That early sense of play evolved into purpose at Detroit’s performing arts program (CAPA), leading to a scholarship at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in Los Angeles, screenwriting studies at UCLA, and improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade,

Matthew later deepened his dance training at the Millennium Dance Complex; that's when opportunities to perform in commercials, countless music videos, and collaborating with artists to create original movement and choreography for their work started to flourish.

Now, Matthew’s world is a collage of creative disciplines — all stitched together by movement and story. He thrives in the spaces where emotion meets expression, where structure bends to spontaneity.

And when he’s not creating, you’ll likely find him under open skies, somewhere between stillness and discovery — because wandering, after all, is part of the art.
